So I have gotten an ear full about saying the same thing before and I know everyone who is an Obama support somehow shrugs off the American Terrorist connection, but it’s real and it’s sad in fact, and if you know anything about Chicago politics, or even politics in general, you know there is a connection. Palin didn’t say “ Bill Ayers” but we all know who she is talking about. Obama worked and met with him many times, if I am able to recall he mentions it in one of his books or maybe someone else did on another PRO Obama book. Obama purchased a house from Bill Ayers in Chicago and Obama has been to his house for fund raisers? So if they are not connected then I must just be the only stupid one around.

Ok so now I am officially scared now that we have have turned our kids into political pawns. This is the kind of crap that communist whack jobs do in Red China or Russia, but in America we don’t brain wash our kids to get them to sing about something they know nothing about.

As for the lyrics, I have problems with Obamas message. How can he say he is about change when Biden has been in Congress for longer than I have been alive, and I am 36? How can that be any kind of change? How ce the song say they are going to spread freedom when that is the same thing Bush said right before he invaded Iraq? What does Obama plan to re-arrange? Maybe he plans to make Washington as corrupt as Chicago is now politically.

I think we all need a wake up call and need to relize that this is one scarry elecetion cycle and neither canidate has any idea what it means to work for a living and to be in our shoes and if you think they do then you have drunk way to much Kool-aid.

I am a South Park fan. It’s a gritty show that if you are not up on current events you won’t get half the humor and if you have never lived or been to Colorado you miss the other half of it.

A new UK inventor has come up with a new bike, but the question that needs to be answered is this, Didn’t Mr. Garrison already invent this?

Really we do, in Charlotte when I arrived back in town tonight noticed that no one anywhere we went had any gas. NONE. While Washington fights over what should be called an investment not a buy out or worse a bail out, we in the south don’t have any gas and it’s not getting any better.

We need to start drilling now so that in 10 years we don’t have this problems again. Hurricanes and cars that burn gas are not going away any time soon and to have all of the US gas production in one place is STUPID!

This is why I love politics!

F1 and FIA announce today that they are not going to hear at the hearing that they can’t hear the hearing that was supposed to he heard at the hearing about the Lewis Hamilton pass that was allowed by the track stewards, then over-rules after the event by the FIA after the race.

This time the FIA has gone to far and just made themselves look like a bunch of clowns. While Lewis and McLlaren won’t say it, I will, the FIA has for years looked like three monkeys f*****g a football, and today they look even dumber than ever.

“However, the Court rejected McLaren’s right to appeal, citing Paragraph 5 of Article 152 of the International Sporting Code, which states: “Penalties of driving through or stopping in pit lanes together with certain penalties specified in FIA Championship regulations where this is expressly stated, are not susceptible to appeal.”

I would disagree with the call on the FIA’s part. I am a fan of F1 and this is bad for the sport. hands down! So to the FIA I give you “two fingers”, and hope you keep destroying the sport with your bad calls and what appears to me to be favoritism towards anyone but McLaren. If you don’t like them in F1 then just ban them and get them out of it all together.

The problem with trying to keep down Lewis is just that, you can’t keep him down. He has been in this position before in his life and come back like a demon out of hell. Lewis can drive the pants off that car most weekends. For proof all you need to do is watch him in his karting years, being penalized, starting fromt he back, aginst all odds and making it to the front in what is some pretty stout competition.\

Words escape me…..you will be missed. Oh so missed! Over the weekend our family lost Kevin Glantz, the tall blond headed man on the right, in an ATV accident. In the picture is Dan Glantz, Kevin’s older brother, and Harley Glantz Kevin’s nephew. I know it gets said but he loved life, Kevin also loved to laugh and goof about, and loved all of us in our own special ways. Kevin was in fact my big brother I never had. I will miss you Kevin. I don’t think I have felt pain like this in a long time . . .

If you are just finding this post looking around the web for information about Kevin then I thank you. I know that now after spending a few days in Odgen, UT that Kevin in fact had some of the best friends in the world. He was truly a lucky person to know each and everyone of you. What an absolute treat to meet you all. SunSate Rental (OGDEN LOCATION)has to be one of the kindest and greatest companies on the earth. Not many employers would have don’t what you all did this weekend. I can say that knowing in the past 20 years I have held over 12 jobs and I don’t think any of them would have done what you all did (not including my current employer, they would in fact do what you all did.).

You all were Kevin’s life as much as his family was, he talked about you all at times when we talked. It was said that Kevin loved us all differently and that was in fact true. He had a gift, he treated you special and that was the magical part about him. He was very  caring and knew how to be Kevin…..

I am blessed and not as sad as I was a week ago about Kevin. I know he was enjoying life and with freinds and the world looked perfect that day.

Seems someone has more free time than most and has figured out that Obama, since taking on Biden, has changed his stance on technology. While you will never hear me complain that someone has changed their opinion about a certain thing, seeing as how we are not robots I do find some of the changes a bit disheartening. It could just be that Biden has forced him to make these changes seeing as how he has been against or not to pro-technology for the past 30 years.

(IMHO: It’s aggravating that both candidates play the same game about NEW, and not the SAME, when Biden has been in DC almost as long as I have been alive, and McCain is done the same.)

HELP - I can’t recall and Google is not helping on how to change Domino from being run as an application to a Service on Windows. Can someone with far more brains or at least a bookmark help me.

I have a Server that i just inherited and Domino is an App, and I would rather it be a service.

There is no word play, it’s not on fire or anything. The new Chevy VOLT, the electric car, is coming and there are some really good pictures of it on SlashGear. I am no fan of American Cars, they have been lacking for some time and all feel very cheap, but the VOLT looks sporty and the interior is neat too. I might just have to get one of those and trade in my Volvo. Nothing says bleeding edge geek like the first all electric car from Chevy. Link:: Slashgear - Chevy Volt

I am starting to make end roads into the karting in Charlotte and really meeting some super people along the way. I have been able to hang out with Fred & Dan @ Victory Lane Indoor Karting, and they both turned me onto Indocil Art in Rock Hill, SC.

I was invited to go drive a racing Kart this weekend at Lowes Motorspeedway, and like any good speed junkie, I accepted. Now I only needed a helmet for my large head and a racing suite. Both can be rather expensive. You don’t want to skimp when it comes to safety equipment. So they have me call the boys at Indocil Art and ask then if they had a helmet for sale, plain of course. Ryan Young said he would help me out and asked me to come by. So on Friday I drove over and got to meet the guys behind the art. Ryan surprised me and lent me his personal, customized helmet, which is pretty sweet. Plus it’s comfortable too. I am going to use it lovingly this weekend.

I wanted to blog about them and let you know if you are in the need for a super sweet custom painted helmet you need to call these guys. They are incredible. I assure you they have way better stuff than all the other guys I have seen online to date. It’s clean and pretty, and they paint to your personality. I know I see a couple of helmets in my future…..

I am really trying to get Karting, mainly EASYKART, started in Charlotte. I am not anti-NASCAR, but I really prefer sprint or road courses. They are just more appealing to me than an oval track. With that said I am trying to work with the WKA which is located in Charlotte just outside of Lowes Motor Speedway and seems while I am talking to people in and around the area I am hearing that the WKA might be having financial trouble, which is sad since I want to put on an Easykart 2009 season here in Charlotte using their support and scheduling.
